Exhange & Return
All purchases which you would like to return or exchange must go through the place the product was purchased.

Warranty
All Rottefella ski bindings have a 5-year guarantee. If you should have problems with one of our products please reach out to support@rottefella.no and we will try to help out as best we can.

Complaints
Should the product you have received be damaged or faulty, or if it in other ways does not match our description of it, we ask you kindly to contact us at support@rottefella.no.

Rottefella is a Norwegian company, and for the time being, we only sell products to customers in Norway. This, of course, also means we are trading according to Norwegian legislation.

Mounting of products
All Rottefella’s ski binding products come with instruction and mounting manuals. You will also find this information on Rottefella’s website. 

Privacy Policy
Like on most other websites, Rottefella will gather data about the use, traffic and activity on our websites. The information gathered will of course not be misused in any way, and we will not share your information with third parties. We use online statistics to run our websites and to improve your experience the next time you visit Rottefella. The data is also used to maintain the quality of our services and to provide general statistics about the use of www.rottefella.no.

We do not use the data to identify individual visitors, but gather the following information about visitors to our websites:

• Web browser (Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer etc.)

• Operative system (Windows, Apple etc.)

• Geographic location 

• Pages visited 

Rottefella is a Norwegian company which therefore follows Norwegian legislation, including any legislation that covers our websites. The Personal Data Act (https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/2018-06-15-38?q=personopplysningsloven) regulates which personal information Rottefella is allowed to store and how we can use this information. Guidelines for the use of information that can be linked to an individual, are also governed by The Marketing Control Act (https://lovdata.no/dokument/NLE/lov/2009-01-09-2) and The Accounting Act (https://lovdata.no/dokument/NL/lov/1998-07-17-56), among other legislation.

Transparency Act
Rottefella is covered by the Transparency Act. The Transparency Act came into force on July 1, 2022. The purpose of the law is to promote businesses' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the provision of services. In addition to requiring due diligence assessments, the law shall ensure public access to information on how businesses handle the negative consequences of fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. An annual report on due diligence assessments shall be published no later than June 30 for the preceding year. It is important for us at Rottefella to ensure that our business, including suppliers of products and services and other business partners, operates without compromising fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
